I agree we would need someone with web development experience to get this working if you do not have an LMS or if you have an LMS that does not support reports like that. For now I think this option would make things to complicated for my client. I will suggest it though. They have their own IT department, maybe they can help. People who either prefer not to set up their own web server or do not have the expertise to do it, use redults hosting providers.

The hosting provider provides the web server with the appropriate stack installed, and you just need to fesults an LMS. As Lieve pointed out Moodle is free. Some hosting providers provide a one-click install for it, but many do not so you may want to ask them about Moodle prior to making any commitment.
